Chef Amy Stull started her love for cooking when working in Regina Bakery at 14 years old. After a lifetime of helping family in the kitchen, Amy moved on to serving in the Army’s 101st Airborne Division, 326 Engineer Battalion, first as a General Construction Equipment Operator, then as a Nuclear Biological and Chemical Specialist on Air Assault status. Upon returning to civilian life, now as a mother, she spent time trying to decide the next steps in her career. Finally, the realization hit that she could make a living doing what she loved. She enrolled in The Florida Culinary Institute in Palm Beach County Florida and graduated with an Associates of Science degree. During this time, she began working full time in a privately owned, full service, fine dining restaurant. Working from prep cook up to Sous Chef, she was also able to fine tune her skill and work in various resorts across Palm Beach, Florida. Amy moved with her daughter back to Cincinnati in 2007 in order for her daughter to have the childhood in Cincinnati, that she remembered so fondly. At that point, she began working in corporate dining, and catering, and soon into Executive Chef, and General Manager roles, where she met her husband. Amy continued her creativity in recipe writing, while placing an emphasis on procedures and organization to create smooth operating kitchens in Business and Industry, Healthcare, and Full-Service Restaurants. Amy decided to take her skills to another crucial side of the business and Became a Territory Sales Manager for US Foods. During this time, she not only managed close to 3 million dollars in annual sales, and consulting, she was also part of a culinary team that held large scale food shows in various cities across the country. In February 2018, Amy jumped at the opportunity to take on the role of Kitchen Manager at Findlay Kitchen. She now is proudly helping Food Entrepreneurs turn their Food Passion into Food Business. She is able to share her love of the culinary world with those that are discovering it, and help them achieve their dreams.
