Lety Sanchez was born in Guanajuato, Mexico, in 1981. She began her training as a Chef a couple of years after graduating from college. Her interest in food grew as she learned more through the years while cooking for her family.
She also got formal chef training in both international couisine and as a pastry chef. She still can't decide what she loves the most, Tacos or Cakes! This is why she has included home-style desserts in the menu, with flavors that bring her memories from a happy childhood.
She has founded 'Horchata' as a way to provide good food that translates into good moments that we all can share.
