All Day Kitchen and Pantry
Chef Dionne "Mac Alston" McCaskill-Alston is a newcomer to Cincinnati, coming from Tampa, Florida. Chef Mac Alston's internship at Sweetwater Organic Farm assisted in forming her farm-to-table point of view. She has worked with several restaurants, including James Beard's award-winning Bern's Steakhouse affiliate, Elevage in the Epicurean Hotel. She's a certified Level One Cicerone, and is studying for retake certification with the Court of Masters Sommeliers. Currently, Chef Mac Alston is using Findlay Kitchen to launch more culinary opportunities with her own catering and pop-up company, "All Day Kitchen and Pantry."
