Kuya Ed Deza
Kuya Ed’s Lechon ATBPA was founded in 2016 by a group of Filipino-American friends who wanted to share their love of food. The word “Kuya” in Filipino means big brother, “lechon” means whole roasted pig and the acronym “ATBPA” means more. Lechon is a common centerpiece in Filipino celebrations. Originally, their goal was to bring the flavors of the Philippines and the taste of home to the Filipino Americans who live in the area. Since last year, they have grown to share our authentic Filipino cuisine to more diverse customers by joining food festivals and the reinvigorated Findlay Market. Kuya Ed’s ultimate goal is to - “make delicious Filipino food happen” for all food lovers in the Greater Cincinnati area.
