Mae

Mae was started out of a love for Thai food.  Not just any Thai food but food that is typically found only in Thailand.  After visiting Thailand in 2011, and taking her first cooking class, Tracy Strickland realized how many dishes existed that she had never heard of.  When Tracey returned home she missed the food so much that she decided she needed to start making her own.  Since 2012, she has been taking Thai cooking classes, mostly on the West coast, along with a few classes in Thailand.  She travels there a couple times a year to eat and buy ingredients that are impossible to find here in the United States.  The goal of Mae is to craft the true flavors of Thailand so you can enjoy them as much as Tracey does.
