By day, I’m head of marketing for the Cincinnati Symphony. By night, I’m a French-trained chocolatier. I make European-style chocolates by hand in small batches, using only ethical chocolate and, whenever possible, local and organic ingredients. My chocolates are currently available at OTR Candy Bar at Findlay Market. My mission is to deepen our connection to chocolate, and to each other. Following a lifelong dream, I went to France to train and become a maître chocolatier. Upon my return, I graduated from the Co.Starters program and became a Findlay Kitchen member. Inspired by curiosity and surprise, I host public and private tastings, pairings and hands-on chocolate events at Findlay Kitchen and other locations. In 2017, I will launch the Cincinnati Chocolate Society, a members-only tasting club. Let’s go on a taste adventure together. #FindYourChocolate
