Just in time for the dog days of summer, come learn how to make amazing ice cream at home.
You'll get hands-on experience making ice cream from start to finish. You'll leave with finished ice cream to take home with you.
You'll learn how to:
- Make a classic creme anglaise custard ice cream base
- How to flavor the classic base to create your favorite flavors
- How to churn ice to a perfect smooth texture and creamy consistency
- Ideas for mixings and toppings
We'll talk about the tools needed to make ice cream, buying great ingredients, how to troubleshoot ice cream problems, and discuss variations for our base recipe.
The atmosphere will be fun and convivial and we’ll have beer and wine. This makes for a great date night, night out with friends or evening with your parents/adult children!
