Bread Baking III: Brioche & Rich Doughs with Tablespoon Cooking Co.

Experience the glory of fresh-baked bread in your own kitchen through Tablespoon Cooking Co.’s new Bread Baking series!

Led by artisan bakers John DiPuccio and Jesse Bonney, students will get a hands-on introduction to making some of the pastry world’s fanciest doughs.

In this class, you will:

  • learn the basics of baking bread, and
  • the history and types of rich doughs
  • make your own Brioche, from scratch!
