This is my most popular workshop, with a summer twist. A stroll through the farmer's market always inspires me to hit the kitchen and make some herbal truffles. At this hands-on workshop, we'll talk about how to make herb-infused ganaches (think lavender, thyme, basil and mint) you can easily make at home. We'll roll truffles and you'll leave with a box filled with your creations. Enjoy some bubbly while you work.
The event takes place in the window- and light-filled classroom kitchen at Findlay Kitchen, just a truffle's throw from Findlay Market in the vibrant Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati. This workshop is a great way to kick off an evening in Over-the-Rhine with dinner and and drinks at a nearby restaurant. Your host is happy to recommend her favorites.
