Just in time for Valentine's Day, roll some truffles and learn how to make a chocolate ganache (truffle filling) you can easily recreate at home. Enjoy a bit of bubbly while you work. The class is led by French-trained chocolatier Sherri Prentiss, founder of Cincinnati-based Velveteen Chocolate (currently selling at Dirt and OTR Candy Bar).
