Poderi Fiorini Corte degli Attimi 2016- Lambrusco di Sorbara

Emilia-Romagna, IT

Cristina Fiorini is the fourth generation of winemakers, who for over 100 years, have been making Lambrusco wines. Today, she works alongside her brother, Alberto, to continue the family tradition of Lambrusco production out of three separate holdings in Modena. Dedicated to sustainable and organic vineyard management, she works with indigenous varietals in central Italy’s Emlia-Romagna. Contributing to the cuisine and food-centric culture of the region, Fiorini also produces aged Balsamic, ranging from 12 to 25 years. Fiorini’s Lambrusco di Sorbara pours like an off-dry sparkling rose. Hailing from the epicenter of Italian cuisine, Emilia Romagna (best known for prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic vinegar and pastas) this is refreshing, fruit-forward and chuggable juice that pairs beautifully with a diverse array of cuisine.
